Cherry Creek is seasonal—water flow varies with rainfall. Security cameras are at the front entrance and driveway only (never in living or gathering areas). Events, parties, and commercial photography/filming require prior written permission. The home is on a septic system—please flush only toilet paper. Pets are welcome but must be leashed outdoors.
